These Terms govern your access to and use of audditude.com (the "Site"), operated by Audditude, a DBA of Hiatus Studios LLC. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please discontinue use.
"Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" means Audditude, a DBA of Hiatus Studios LLC, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA. "You," "User," or "Your" means any visitor, subscriber, or customer who accesses or interacts with the Site. "Content" includes any and all written, audio, visual, or digital materials appearing on the Site, including but not limited to blog posts, videos, guides, digital downloads, frameworks, templates, courses, and social media materials. "Products" or "Services" means any coaching, consulting, or educational offering provided by the Company. "Site" means audditude.com and all associated subdomains, pages, and materials.
Audditude grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from this Site without prior written consent.
If you post, submit, or transmit any content (such as testimonials, comments, or feedback) to the Site or to us via email or social media, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute such content in any media, for business, educational, or promotional purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
All payments must be made at the time of purchase or booking through secure third-party processors such as Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge your provided payment method for the full amount of the purchase.
All sessions and purchases are non-refundable. This is the default and standard policy. As detailed in the Client Services Agreement, a session cancelled with at least 72 hours' notice is converted into a session credit (valid 12 months from purchase) rather than refunded to your payment method; late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited. The Company may, at its sole discretion and as a courtesy, issue a refund or credit in individual cases, but is under no obligation to do so. Refund requests outside the posted policy will not be honored.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of access to any purchased Services or Products. We reserve the right to pursue collection and recover associated fees.
All Site Content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, text, and digital materials, are the exclusive property of Audditude and are protected by copyright and trademark law. No license or right is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You agree not to: engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities; upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the Site; impersonate any person or entity; collect or harvest personal data from other users; disrupt or overload the Site's infrastructure; or use scraping, bots, or automated tools to extract data. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
All information on this Site and through our Services is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Company does not provide medical, legal, or psychological advice. You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that past success stories or testimonials do not guarantee future outcomes.
The Site, its Content, and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its Content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audditude, Hiatus Studios LLC, and their affiliates, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, Content, or Services. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to this Site is to discontinue use or, where a session has not yet been performed, receive a session credit as allowed by applicable policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audditude, Hiatus Studios LLC, and their directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
This Site and the Audditude mobile apps may include affiliate links, advertising, or links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Purchases made through affiliate links may generate a commission for the Company at no additional cost to you. As described on our Pay It Forward page, such commissions are directed to funding free coaching for neurodivergent people who cannot otherwise access it.
Amazon Associates. Audditude is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites and apps to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Audditude earns from qualifying purchases.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site, Services, or any account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior deemed harmful to the Company or others.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You waive the right to a jury trial, and the sole remedy available shall be limited to the amount paid to the Company.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
